Who We Are
I’m Ryan Penny, owner and manager of Disaster Response. As the second-generation leader of Disaster Response, it is my greatest honor to be able to help anyone affected by a disastrous event at their home or business. Acting as your advocate through the entire process, we simply aim to help you restore your belongings and get back to life as you know it through our professional disaster response and restoration services. Driven by the characteristics passed on to me by my father, I strive to keep each client in the West Michigan area and beyond and their immediate needs as our company’s highest priority. For me and my team, it’s never been about profit, bottom lines, and yearly projections. Our focus has always been aimed at providing expert-level disaster preparedness and response services right when you depend on them the most. Exceeding even the rigorous standards of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), it is the goal of my staff and I to fully handle the situation with superior service and care.
